But now that I've raised that issue, what is seriously the point of having us as Moderators if we don't have powers, you do have a way to limit the powers to the boards you confine us as moderators too, you do realise?

You are only members of the site, only myself and kynes need powers. Once you have crewmen under you I will conisder giving you power to edit posts and such. But so long as you don't abuse it as you have on the AW at times.

As much Subs as Possible?!? I'm trying to make the site clean and easily navigated. If Frayers so wishes, it can become a main board, provided he gives it a few threads/subplots to populate it with. And have you seen Phoenix? It needs some subboards. The main page is a mile long there, and alot of the boards are for small things.

Anyway, well if we do get assistants and stuff, 'then' can we have powers? I mean, sure we don't need them, but if you confine it to where we mod there's no harm done is there? its not like were going to flip the site upside down or anything is it?

I mean were your pallies, your most trusted friends and al' if we did anything wrong you could ban us for a while or something, and believe me, I have nothing to gain by abusing these powers, especially when you can all see I modded the posts and where I do it will be limited to the selected areas.

ya totaly, why do yall think i baned him from Hibrina? he took over dans site, and do to other things his said i think hes one of those people who has lost the abillity to controll themselves when they have power. he has no self restraint. from what i have seen atleast.

Unfortunatly for Conor he is a textbook case of Absolut power. However I think we can try and hep him. I've been thinking ...We are always getting mad at the guy. What if we tryed corecting the problem insted of hiding the problem. Cause if we dont help him and just ban him then he will end up pissing of the world wide web.

Fair. But WE need to be willing to change him just like HE must be willing to change. This wont work if we go at it diferent ways and dont work toghther. And we need to also remeber that change teaks time.
