Canada accepts this offer. Canada places it's military base in Dunkirk. It has 500 soldiers in it.

Canada's Government understands the UK's military base agreement, and begins implementing propoganda onto it's airwaves, to help stop the brewing riots.
Riots begin stirring. Canada resorts to bring in their newly researched Armored Infantry to deal with the civil unrest.
Canada requests an alleviation of the UK military presence in Eastern Canada.

Riots in Canada begin to subside. Due to Militaristic actions by Canadian government, the citizenry's support for the government lessens.
