Ok a couple of things...
One, I think we should get a Chief Navigator, which might not be so hard, we could just get someone to transfer from somewhere else, two
If we want NPCs do we (as in department heads) have to post for them? Or can we have other people post as them? And do they require separate accounts? Three
My names spelled wrong on the first page, and four
Should we still have Bligh as Chief of Tactical? It has been months since he has even come online, let alone post, perhaps Litchy could take his place?

I've talked to Litchy. He's taking over, unless Bligh comes back REAL soon. Navigation isn't terribly important, as Rudger can cover for that. Marine and Communication are the two most important vacant chief positions.

As for NPCs, it's preferred you make a new account for an NPC, but you don't have to post with them nearly as much. Take for example, my NPC of Jarn Alae Valla.
