no no, your about pilot officer rank, flight lt I guess, but I think thats actually equal to army/marine/ air force (US) Captain, so I'm not exactly sure, I'm not too helpful I know those ranks from squadron leader (Lt. Cmdr) upward, below that I'm a little blank honestly.

Its Ok the Air forces around the world have different rank systems the RAF being the most origional though. You are right, Flt Lt is a fighter pilot's rank bt I am in charge of the Wing on Board the other pilots should be this rank bt I should be a couple higher maybe??

No certainly not higher, you must earn higher ranks by meeting the set criteria... or finding a loop hole if your lucky, the RAF and the RAAF use exactly the same ranking system, I think your current rank is adequet because as much as this is a big ship, it would only have a small amount of fighters onboard

But even at that ther should be a CO of the fighter wing because if you check the available positions my actual title is wing commander and that means that i need to be higher than the pilots who are a different position theres my loop hole

No, you follow the same 'scheme' as everyone else, please look at the promotions page for more details, you requjire 450 more posts and 3 months continuous service in order to qualify for a promotion to the next highest rank.

We're going to have 2-3 Lt. Commanders MAXIMUM. We're not going to have everyone as a Lt Commander. We'll increase the standards for lt. Commander and only the best Quality and consistent posters will be able to. If you're going to be a Lt. Commander, enough with one liners. Have your posts 'especially mission' be at least a paragraph. One liners are scroll fodder.

Yeah, Medical Emergency was just my little side story there, hardly had Beathan in it at all, also, Nick (see, about not too) shouldn't be talking you see, because he has already achieved what I am aiming to achieve, he's ironically the amount below I am above the rank in posts, so I have no idea why I would be complaining, if I were Beathan (other than the fact I'm the ships doctor with very little to do).

Well Nick, when I was Vretarn Ch'Zhar in Phoenix, I could usually find plenty to post about. Starting subplots can be a good way to keep a Doctor going. You can always go on Away Missions, to study the lifeforms. An in battles (in which we have a surplus of) there will always be casualties, so you can heal them!
BE CREATIVE, DONT BE AFRAID TO MAKE SUBPLOTS/THREADS
