Will looked over at the marines, doing their stuff and at the security people, also working hard son went over to the replicator an dpoured a cup of tea, going over to his men he said.
"Alright, its always time for tea, everyone get some tea and have a rest" he said sitting down watching the two departments train vigourously, he could see that alot of their men didnt respect Jade and Lisa.

lisa walked in between the lines of men seeing an improvement,
" Good guys, really well done i'm to see that you are putting in some effort, take five" lisa went over to a punch bag and did some personal work out time as the men rested.

Lisa left her work out back to her men,
" alright line up " Lisa ordered to the men who were at first slow to do so, so she yelled at the top of her voice,
" MOVE IT OR I'LL STICK YOU HEAD SO FAR UP YOUR BUTTS THAT YOU WILL TAKE YEARS TO REMOVE IT"
suddenly the men move faster than before and were lined up fast.
" ok now when I shout out a number you do the assigned move, ok? BEGIN"
lisa began to shout out numbers as the men followed with the moves
