Jade gathers her data and walks over.
"Before now all my evidence was overshadowed by his aid in my investigation, until he set off the alarm and I realized it has all been an act.
First of all Mr Clark served on this ship prior to it becoming the Endeavour, some transferred to the old Endeavour before the change and he was a late transfer. Only to end back up on this ship, in my view he had some plans already in motion before he left and the problems with the last Endeavour simply lie with his sabotage, leading to its destruction and he ending back on this ship once it was named the Endeavour A. Being on this ship before also would allow him full knowledge of this ship and engineering section. Which would mean not only would he not of tripped my alarm by accident, he also would have never let some areas of engineering be unguarded by life recorders nor slip by in a detailed inspection. He help in my investigation he hoped would lead me away from suspecting him.
Also only an Engineer or Operations Manager could do the damage caused on this ship. Did anyone else notice he was always near the sabotaged section when these events occurred, and was the first to be there to report it.
This alone was only a theory, before I found out that Mr Clark here was captured by the Romulans for 8 months during his service on the Celebration. He was integrated and I believe that during this time they either replaced or converted him."
She finished looking at him.
"And when he tripped my alarm, that all was enough to make this arrest."

Riseing his eyebrows the Admiral drops the man and says "Well done Lt. I have half a mind to transfer you to my ship" He says jokeingly. "But as for this lout of an officer" He says rounding on Clark. "If theres anything i hate its traitors. I have half a mind to walk you out an airlock if you dont answere me! DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT SABATAGE THIS SHIP!?" he pins clark to the bolkhead with his finger, and booms the words into the mans face...

'NO i did not saboutage this ship......SIR' Replied Daniel 'And i've shown over the past weeks when the Endeavours been saboutaged and I've helped stop the Ship being destroyed that I'm Commited to Endeavour and to Starfleet.'
'And of coausr i'm going to be the first to the Scene I the Cheif Engineer for Gods sake, most of the things the Bastard did threated the Entire ship so it needed repairing, and as cheif engineer it's my duty, just as if there was a string of Crimes you'd always be there first wouldn't you Lt? BECAUSE ITS YOUR DUTY!' Daniel almost shouted as the Admiral pressed him to the Bulkhead 'Let go of me Sir!, this is assault'
Daniel breaks free and paces to the other side of the holding cell
'If i was a spy don't you think I'd have left the ship to be destroyed? Hmm Sir?' Daniel added 'Only two weeks ago when we where doing systym upgrades did I again help stop the ship being destroyed, and this morning when i was trying to get the ship back to 100% i tripped over one of the Security Sensors and nearly broke my neck, and now i'm in a bloody Holding Cell being treated like a Criminal?'
'Oh and you've forgotten that you where on the Celebration as well where you not? Hmm, the fact i was taken prisinor by the Romulans is not in my service record because Starfleet thought that I'd gone through enough being tortured by the Romulans to not have to recount it on every ship I've been on the only people who knew where people on the Celebration!, So either someones framing me or someone' Here he glared at Lt Jade 'Is setting me up as a scrapegoat'

OOC: Jesus christ, enough with the bloody inverted commas, could you tidy that up please admin?
IC: "Admiral; sir, don't you think your being too hard on him, there is no factual evidence, all he did was trip and alarm, I believe if he was confined to quarters, that would be enough, I mean really sir, assulting a fellow officer is not called for in this instance." Zepplin said to him, not admiring the admirals behaviour.

Daniel sat down on the bench and Said:
'Under section 23 of the Federation Contitusion you have no right to hold me on circumstatial evidence especially seeing as i spent 8 1/2 months on the Celebration and for 8 of those i was in a Romulan Prison, no-one could make such radical changes in 2 weeks and the Changes you talk about where done a the Utopia Platina Yards, so if your trying to make me sound like a traitor because i was captured by the Romulans that was after the ship left space-dock' Daniel said testly 'and to you admiral, after this is finished i have half a mind to press charges for assault, and thats not a threat just a Statement'

The Admiral simply looks at him and says "And frankly i could have them dismissed son, you forget i have more contacts then a comunicater. Besides, what i did always works. You gotta push a man as far as you can that way he cant lie, thats what i did. I saw it in his eyes, he is no spy. Hes an officer of the federation, so we are still missing a spy." He says...
OOC: We can stretch this out for a few more posts but we need jade=P

OOC: God damn it! admin, could you give this guy a warning, he is using incorrect format on purpose, and didnt jade say not to move the story line along?
IC: "Dan? Dan! Wake up!" Zepplin said noticing that the Lieutenant was day dreaming again.
"I still don't believe it is called for sir, and I'm not afraid to say so. Lieutenant Jade, we need to continue our search for the real spy, and next time, before you throw someone in the Brig, have some sound evidence, please, messing around the entire senior staff based on a unpresidented theory is reall unwarranted." Zepplin finishs in a highly irritated and annoyed voice.
"I'll be on the bridge, looking for the 'real' imposter."
Zepplin left the brig and entered the turbolift.

IC as Rudger: Seeing Conor enter the bridge Rudger nods from the captains chair "Mr. Conor." He says. As conor takes his station at Ops Rudger replays conors words to the admiral and shakes his head before going back to his work. "Com, open a hailing channel to the station tell them to send all crew back to the ship. When all are accounted for we are casting off to sit just off the station. That way the spy cant excape and if he dosint return we will know exactly who he is." He orders...
Meanwhile back in the brig. "Kynes your crews a bit hot headed. A security officer whos skilled but arrests quickly? An engineer who screams at his commanding officers? And an operations officer who questions his betters? You need to bit down a bit man. You can be a nice liked captain and have a well behaved crew at the same time. It's your ship but consider my words." John says stern but still warm. Then takeing a deep breath "Let's get to your bridge then!" He says...
OOC: we should pause or find a way to have the Admira/captain take like a page to get to the bridge lol.

"Very well, i will." Rudger says noding to Conor. "Ships log Stardate 9604.6, The Operations officer Lt. Conor Zepplin is takeing over the investigation due to the security officers current 'biased.' As senior officer present i do not protest this. End log entry." Turning to Conor "Happy Mr. Zepplin? Jade won't like this though" Rudger says before turning back to the main viewer and trying to act "captainly" for a few more minutes before the captain gets back.

Daniel who had finnaly been alowed to leave the Brig walked back down to Engineering as he walked in he Said to his team Sounding Serious
"All Right you lot, no-body is to touch anything in engineering unless you want to be arresred"
"So next time the Saboutour blows something up we'll just stand around for fear of being charged with treason" Daniel added before laughing, the rest of the Engineering Crew also burst into laughter "Come on get back to work"

IC: A button went off on Zepplins console. "Lieutenant, please inform the Captain that I have found another possible suspect there. I am on my way now." Zepplin got up and left the bridge via the turboshaft.

Vorak took his station, "Admiral if I may, I do see strong evidence in Ms Jades theory. I do not believe that she should be discharged and replaced with an officer who should be worrying about ships opperatiosn based on her having a suspect."
