After the initial formalities had concluded Zepplin saw McVanlen had a moment alone. Although up untill now they had been the same rank for most of the time, Zepplin was gunning on getting the same promotion McVanlen had received, he was slightly jealous, but every dog has his day, and today's was McVanlen's so he thought he'd congradulate the man.
He walked up to him and shook his hand.
"Congradulations 'sir', You've earnt it, well done."

Zepplin looked on curious. He knew that this promotion would wreck havoc with the current in place CoC, not that it had to change, but it may very well considering his new rank.
