Turning around looking at the two officers with mild amusment she laughed. "Is the morning shift allways this entertaining" she asked a bit sarcasticly. The wasn't the first time something like this happened.

Laughing lightly "I'm Naomi chief of navagation". Men they all seemed rather predictable "I'd like to see someone try, I'm sure they'd fail" she laughed. At least they crew wasn't some boring old group of humans.

"Quiet? Yes" he replied to Lisa and then watched the young navigator enter to be greeted by the others.
Jade stepped down and took the command chair, it wa sher watch. Her first in a long time. She didn't want to make it obvious though.
"Navigator, what is our course and heading?"

Turning away from the other officers she turned to her consol. "We are maintaining 0.12 mark 31 Lieutenant" she responded quickly.

Nodding in response she accesed the ship's data base again. Continuing on with her studies of everything that this ship had logged in it's database. She was on crew manifest, only about fourty percent the way through. She figured she had nothing better to do for now so why not read and study.
