History:
Lisa was born on Earth in 2315 to Shirley and James Rogers, when James was on leave from the USS Godard. Lisa was the youngest with seven older brothers and one sister.
Most of the Rogers now live and work on the family Rogers farm (Melgesh, Wales) harvesting all kinds on animal and wheat.
The farm was originally started just after the birth of the eldest son Issac who grew up learning everything about farming never thinking about the stars.
Next came along mark, John, kyle and will who all also learned the trade of farming.
When Lilly was born she showed good skills for teaching so Shirley and James decided that Lilly would train to become a teacher.
Now one was expecting Little Lisa Rogers to be coming along but she came as a surprise to all.
As Lisa grew she showed high skill in fighter pilot skillsand engineering than farming, When Lisa was at school she showed high grades in maths and science.
When Lisa attended St Francis school for girls the monks taught her all about religion and how if she wished to pursure anything he must keep her religion with her at all times.
James Encourged Lisa to attend The young high flyers course at Fort Knox Flight school and so she did.
Lisa was seen to be one of the best flight men there so she was given the rank of flight squadron Wingman in March 2330.
It wasn't long before she was awarded a flight Medal and promoted to Flight squardron leader for her skills to lead.
She then shocked all by finshing the course in a record of one year and was then a fully quailfed fighter poliot.
The following year Lisa was enrolled in one of the top secondry schools In the whole of the UK Trinity School and engineering college. Here she excelled in the engineering courses but strugeled with the Computer courses.
With the aid of Her tutor Lisa passed the computer courses and when on to apply for Starfleet.
Lisa was taking such courses as science , engineering, polioting and command.
When Lisa graduated Starfleet Academy she was assigned to the USS Cannon in 2343.
In 2344 Lisa was promoted to Assiant Cheif Navagation Officer.
When Lisa returned home she found that:
Issac had two boys: harrison and marcus, while Will had two girls lucy and Zoe.
upon her return to duty she was transfered to the USS Endeavour as Cheif navigation officer.
Strengths
Lisa has a kind heart and will give anyone the time of day if they need it. She can fly a ship as well as anyone she knows.
Weaknesses
Strugles to keep a clear head when family is involved

mediation to remain calm.
Dislikes:
Has a reaction with an spirts and will not touch them no mater what
Quirks:
Before taking off in a shuttle Lisa will put on put on her favourite pair of gloves that have yellow ducks on them.
