"A few people in starfleet have made objections< kirk being one. Which comes to stand, do you think Kirk is guilty?"

"You know, Captain Kirk, I couldn't think of an officer below Captain that doesn't admire him, most even adore the mans abilities, reading some of the few mission reports that were de-classified recently, he did bend the rules, but in every time 'I' found he did, it was justified, and if he did this time, it would've been justified, however. This doesn't look right, for starters, Kirk wouldn't fire on a defenseless klingon, much less one that hadn't attacked him first. In all honestly, I don't think he did do it."

"Hmmmm" he nodded brushing his brow "I guess we will have to wait and see if the KLingons agree, which I doubt."

[zepplin]

"Well they don't care, they already hate Kirk for destroying that Klingon crew on board the Enterprise. Besides; he's already ben sentenced to life imprisonment on that god awful mining facility."

"Hmm he nodded, bad enough" he replied.

---After the Khitomer mission---
Zepplin walked in with Bligh and saw Horner sitting at a spot at the bar.
"Hi Jim, mind if we join you?" He asked as the pair sit down.
"This is Lieutenant Commander Thomas Bligh, Tom, this is Major James Horner, he has recently been assigned as our Marine Commander, watch out though, this guy can 'actually' hold his liquer!" Zepplin says with a bit of a laugh, reminding Bligh of the last Marine who fell on the floor after one shot of rum.

He chuckled "Shoudl I leave, let you catch up?" he replied shaking Tom's hand.

[zepplin]

"No no, thats fine." the barmen came up
"I'll have a Romulan Ale, what'll it be for you folks?" He asked the pair of them.

Suddenly Commander Bligh's com badge beeps
"=COMM= Lieutenant Commander Bligh, please report to the bridge.=COMM="
"=^= On my way=^= Well I guess I'll see you fella later." Bligh walks away.
"Hmm. Hey by the way, do you come from earth?" Zepplin asked Horner

Athrun walks into the mess hall "I drank to much" he said wobbling "I can't remember how much I have had, I just drank a twelve-pack with my dad." Athrun mutter as he sat down at a table

"James, check out this guy." Zepplin puts his thumb up and points it behind him indicating the drunken officer.
"LOOK! alive there!" Zepplin says startling the young officer
"Name, Rank, Serial Number Ensign." ordered Zepplin to the foolishly drunk officer.
"Get up, GET UP!" he said, grabbing the man by his shoulders and lifting him to his feet.
"NAME, RANK and SERIAL NUMBER. Ensign? I gave you an order Ensign."
