Ensign Rogers walked into the mess hall and saw very few people there, but there were two people at a table eating pizza, so she stepped over to say hi
"Hi, I'm Ensign Rogers, but my friends call me Lisa." she said semi-shyly.
"Is it ok if I join you guys?" she asks them with both hands behind her back clasped as she waited.

Juliet smiled "Hello Lisa, im Juliet Snow, friends call me Snow" She motioned for Lisa to sit, she was happy to meet someone else. "Im new as well so Rudgar here is the only one I know, well you now" She grinned.

She laughed "Im actully younger then I look I asked for my job and I got it, I haven't been in star fleet for very long, long enough to know what is going on in space"

"But just a moment Lieutenant, I am still curious, how is that possible for you to obtain that rank while still being very young? You must've requested a transfer from the academy right?" Lisa said with a small smile on her face.

"Actualy i never went to academy. My fathers an admiral and he enlisted me when i was 16 as an ensign. I have 8 years of service on star ships, and i have lived my entire life aboard star ships aswell. So i actualy have more expirence then officers a few years older then me, and besides most people hit Lt. between the ages of 26 and 30 so im not that young of a Lt. It pretty much runs in my blood, everyone in my family going back a few hundread years has been in a navy of some sort, and sored through the ranks aswell." Says Rudger. "Though i used to be a navigation officer aswell, i was moved to Helm due to the fact that i was haveing to be both navigation and helm for awhile. And since helm consoles can link into the navigational console but the navigation console cant fly the ship he just moved me over." he adds...
