"And most Lieutenants are around there mid-twenties aren't they? Most of the ones I met at the academy were that old anyway, my teachers I mean." she added at the end

"Well most fleet officers are a bit older. After all it normaly takes 4 years for academy, the three years to make Lt. (JG) and another 3 to 4 to make Lt. with another 2-4 to make Lt. cmdr, and yet another 2-4 years to make cmdr. It takes nearly a lifetime to reach admiral. most captaions are between 38 and 50 years old" He says...

"wait a minute, lets see... so 16-20 thats ensign, ok thats me at 21, then 3 years lt junior grade, thats 24, another 3 lt, thats 26, if you count 24 of course, which you should because you'd have to count 21 before that, and then 4 more for lt cmdr thats 30, well I should make it to at least commander by then I guess, 35 doesn't seem too ambitious then." she puts a little cheery smile on before crossing her legs over, sliding one along side the other.
"How old are you Rudger?" she says taking a sip of her martini that had just arrived.

"I'm 24, but i was enlisted aboard ship as an ensign, when i was 20 i was givein the rank of Lt. (JG) and then reacently i was promoted to Lt." Rudger replies.

Daniel walked into the Mess Hall and Spotted a Large group congregating around a table. So he got himself a Drink and Went over

Juliet smiled as the two came "Welcome you two please sit" She motioned for Daniel and Kosh to sit with them, she smiled softly as she sat back a little bit, she couldn't help but laugh as Lisa drilled Rudger, she giggled some.

Daniel noticing that there were no chairs left grabbed one from another Table and Sat down then looked at the Table
The new Ensign Rogers was talking...more like demanding information form Rudger so Daniel asked Juiliet Snow:
"Whats going on?"
