Conor and Lisa stood outside the mess hall doors.
"Are you ready honey?" Conor asked her, holding both her shoulder with the opposite hands, his arms stretched out, before he pulled her close to him, kissing her passionately, in that familar way.
"You'll be fine, ill be right besides you 'most' of the way..." he said trailing off,
"Want to go in now?"
