Hey Guys,
Throughout my time here I’ve been welcomed by most everyone and enjoied the experience of role playing with you. I want to say that all of you have greeted me with open arms, but clearly that would not be the case. Throughout my time here I have had a standing quarrel with one member and I don’t think I need to say his name as I have received several PMs expressing their understanding feelings for my situation.
However, I’m not here to talk about my problems; in truth I’d like to help everybody to have a better, safer, and more enjoyable time here. Because if we aren’t enjoying our time, what’s the reason for staying? I would like to implement these new rules ::
1) No OCC Chat While In The Mission Board – I know this rule has been established, however it’s not enforced. I have been forced to OCC chat several times to counter my appoint and I don’t like having to break the rules.
Consequences ::
First Offense : Warning
Second Offense :: Second Warning
Third Offense :: Denial to post in current mission, until the beginning of the next mission.
Fourth Offense :: Rank lowered by one grade.
2) A OCC Chat Monitor ::
Guys, over the past few days there have been a lot of hateful posts and PMs, myself included. I think if somebody was there to look over the threads in the OCC section, and make sure the rules are followed, would allow for a good sense of warmth. Perhaps if someone acted like a guidance councilor and was able to remove these posts, everyone would be happier.
Also, people sometimes forget what they are saying and how hurtful it is when they are PMing. Perhaps this monitor could be sent these PMs, and take actions weather that is the report them or talk to them themselves.
Well, I would appreciate some feedback. Like I said, if you can’t enjoy the board … why say? This is my solution to our ethical problem.

Look, Jeff, as far as I'm concerned, the second you signed up to this site, its been nothing but bad news. You are the 'least' flexible and most unco-operative player I have ever met, and in terms of implimenting rules, your not in the position to demand a thing. You've stepped in as though you've been here for months, know everyone like the back of your hand, and have decided you'd like to run the show.
Think: again.
Now assuming we did know you better and trust you, these rules might be considered, but why the HELL, should anyone consider your proposal after less than a week of being a player.
You should stick to the side lines, learn the ropes of this fleet, and not start making demands, and I've had it with holding back because of your relation to Tom.
The slack just ended.

Well i think you are both right and wrong at the same time, conor has a point, but so dos dorian. so i think you both should just stfu before the rest of us get mad at BOTH OF YOU! we like conor but dorian deserves atleast a litle more slack. So are you two willing to call a truce?

Look, everybody is entilited to this right :: To Not Be Abused By Hurtful, Spitefull Language, regardless if that member joined today or a week ago. This abuse needs to stop! Notice, in my request I made no comment to the character of these members who are attacking others, yet Conor feels the need to personally attack me. Also, I don`t need slack. I`m perfectly caplitalbe of handling myself. Also, if I break a rule ... PM me. For example a while back Rudger and I had a creative difference, yet we worked it out and changed the ending of the episode. You seem to be the one making a problem!
Also, I never made a demand. This is just a proposal to help make our board a friendler and warmer place.

Your contributions 'really' make me all warm and fuzzy inside, you have made no effort to resolve the issue we have, and you have escalated this into an all out war, and have tried to turn everyone against me, and everyone assumes (accept john it seems) to be on your side, solely based upon my previous instigations with them or other members.

Yes, thank you, thank god someone isn't taking sides, its already Karl + Nick + Jeff against me, and the rest of you barring John and Conor, haven't even considered that I am not 100% responsible, takes two to... argue, I refuse to use that common cliche here.

Look man, nobodies taken any sides, not yet at least. But if you continue to talk down to people, like you talk to me, you’ll find you’ve made plenty of enemies for yourself. Try deflating you head a bit. But I will say this :: There are reasons why so many have had problems with you, and I`m not the signle person on this board who can`t stand you .

I agree with this any more OOC on the mission board with be deleted and the person writeing it will be reprimaned. Also the OOC mission threads will be used to dicuss things that are needed to be said. I and the Captain will decide what is right to put on this.
And I haven't taken sides Conor I am just saying go with the flow and adapt not critize and moan. If you don't like what is happening in this mission tough, its not yours to say. Now if you write a mission and direct it I will be more than happy to apply the same to you. The is Star Trek its fantasy guys stop being literal.

Just to 'confirm' all rules need to be passed by the Captain as well, thats why this isn't a rule yet, and hence why it hasn't been broken, the current rules is this cannot be used to an extreme, or it will be removed, untill there is a new consensus about this, its still the same old rule, therefore I didn't do anything wrong, and you can be on your way jeff
