Training Continued

[Commander Vorak]

Vorak led her to his quaters where candels were lit and cousions were on the floor . A oil candel in the center of them.
"To play Kalto as I do you must have the minds rest I do. We shall begin with meditation."

Her eyes went wide seeing the room it was beautiful in there with the light of candles, she followed him as she sat down and her back straight showing perfect posture, she nodded some.

[Commander Vorak]

"Close your eyes and take yourself to the most calming landscape you have been or would like to have been. Hodl yourself there and breath steady and slowley" He said crossing his legs and sitting opposite.

[Juliet Snow]

Juliet listened to him carefully "Alright" She got down on the ground crossing her legs and relaxing a bit, she smiled and slowly closed her eyes, as she searched for a landscape and found it, it was at the beach with her parents, her breathing was slow and steady, her mind relaxing.

[Commander Vorak]

"Now Imagine yoru worse memory and take it to that place. Make it calm, make it acceptable" he added.

[Juliet Snow]

Something that was easy to do, her eyes showed some pain as she thought of her parents death, but made it calm, as she took that memory some place good, she smiled softly as she did what she was told to.

[Commander Vorak]

"Now" he says setting up the board. "Let us play."

She opened up her eyes and nodded seeing the game set up, she smiled some as she took a deep breath letting it out slowly as she picked up a piece and put down the first move.

After a few moves she had won. Vorak looked up nodding and impressed. "You learn well."

She smiled softly "Thank You, I have a wonderful teacher" she couldn't believe she won against him she was impressed with herself.

[Commander Vorak]

He nodded "I will see you later I have duties to attend to. I trust this benfited you."

Juliet smiled "Yes sir it did" She slowly stood up bowing a bit "You have taught me a great deal Commander" She headed for the door to leave him to his work even tho she didn't want to leave him just yet she stopped looking at him. "Its been a long time since ive been in peace with my self, thank you for that"

[Commander Vorak]

"Return here same time tommorrow and we will go to the next level." He says looking up at her.

[Juliet Snow]

She smiled and nodded happily "Aye Sir, Until Then" She said softly she gave him a kind look and headed out to see if there was any work for her to do.

She bumps into Juliet as she leaves.
