Yes, being irritating and... well existing in his terms.
it was 300 years from the start, of course it wasn't always exactly 300 years, like star trek vi wasn't 300 years, I think it was slightly more, as it wasn't filmed in 1993, and things like that, but the point is that... well im right, because thats what it should be, do you really want me to go look it up like last time something like this happened? And prove again that my facts make sense? C'mon folks, look at the previous previous post, and you'll come to the same comclusion.

If your talking about the Stardats of TOS, they honestly picked random numbers. but if its the exsact years then, well frackly Conor may have a point. It dose seam plosible that for the wrighters sack they just took the year and added 300.

I know they had a stardate system for TNG. Something about seasons and episodes... I'm not too much of a stickler for Stardates myself.

again i say that stardates dont matter... they are random. and as far as i have seen they were random in every show.

No, I know they weren't random in TNG. In TOS, they certainly were because they didn't mind all of those small pointless details. They were focused on making good stories.

Indeed TNG onwards was more about making a realistic world kinda how Rudger is with grounding his posts where as TOS was more action adventure
