[Jarn Alae Valla]

Jarn knocks on Vorak's door. Entering, he sees the Vulcan working on some articles of the day.
"Greetings, Commander," says Jarn.
"It appears we will be working very closely over the course of this mission. I have come here to formally introduce myself. I am Jarn Alae Valla, of the Altanian Defense Force. I have been assinged to this Federation vessel to boost relations between our two governments, and to learn more about the outside universe.

[Commander Vorak]

"Greetings, is there anything you require?" he asked standing.

[Jarn Alae Valla]

"I believe you are quite learned in the policies of the Federation. May you enlighten me?"

[Commander Vorak]

"In the politicts of the Federations?" he asked "as in our social stands?"
