The Endeavour is charting a Nebula. During the mission all the Crewmembers begin seeing things from their imagination. It turns out that there not visions they are actually there. Some crewmembers imaginations involve them saveing the ship (NPC) but it goes wrong and the ship is left Dead In space. Eventually a cure is found and Engineering restarts the ship

Right the Ship is inside a Nebula exploring it. As we stay inside we all start thinking we can see our Imagination and thinking we're going crazy. It turns out that they are actually there something to do with the Nebula. Some crewmembers (NPC) Accidently disable the ship. Engineering fixes the ship and Sickbay creates a antidote to the Imagination effect

This idea needs some work, but after some development, I'm sure it could be a great episode.
