THE GIFT OF TIME (Part I of III)

This is part one of a three part epic song I've been writing/composing. It is supposed to tell a story concerning telepathy, destiny, and the choices in life we make. Tell me what you guys think, and if the story is more or less clear from this point. I'm planning to write more in a short while, after I've worked on the music some more. Once I get a Digital Camcorder, I'll be able to play my music on Youtube, and you can view the final product!

Believe it or not that thing took me an entire hour at the computer to write. I just got a guitar riff for it, and it's almost complete as a song.

indeed, very nice A-B-A-B pattern you have achieve, but I would agree with you that a part 2 would make it just that much better, as atm, its a lil short, but it has heart.

It's a song, so it's a lot longer then it looks. As I'm a Prog Rock/Metal artist, I could stretch this song (with just these lyrics) into a 20 minute song. It just wouldn't have many vocals. With all three parts, I'll be planning to have in 9-12 minutes long, complete with my own keyboard solo!
