Lisa had finally found some time to herself, among trying to finsh reports for the senior staf, Traininning session with LT's JAde and Litchfield and finding time ot sort out her own love life.
Since the death of Connor Zepplin, Lisa had found it quite hard to interact wit the rest of the crew. Even sleep pushed her to her limits.
The Rec hall was quite at htis time of night so this would be the best place to focus her energies.
Sitting down in the centre of the room, crossed legged Lisa closed her eyes and emptied her mind of all the daily thoughts.

Daniel who hadn't been able to sleep walked around the ship and found himself entering the Rec Hall, as he walked in he saw lisa rogers meditateing and turned round and began to leave

" As i'm all caught up with paperwork and the marines units are asleep i came odwn here ot meditate." She explained.
" So why are you out of bed?" Lisa asked.
