OOC: I put alot of effort into writing this post, so please read it more closely then you would a standard post. Thanks.
IC: "It was terrible..." said the Andorian, after McVanlen and Kynes helped the man out of the wreckage. "Hundreds of ships were in the sky... Screaming... I can't even imagine the smell there was. The attack seemed to last forever..."
He waits. The walls shake as screams erupt from outside. Creeping out of his homestead, he peers into the violet Deianeran sky. It is engulfed by the shadows of an alien fleet, spawned of a design he's never seen. The phasers begin to erupt in the street outside, and fleeing colonists search for safe cover. Within a matter of seconds, the remaining populants of the street are the corpses, roasted by hazy weapon fire; and the Partisan Defense volunteers. Armed merely with the hopeless comfort of Phase Rifles, they shoot aimlessly into the air, with hopeful intent of hitting a critical area in a fighter's hull. The atmospheric fleet pounds the colony with air-to-land artillery.
A wooden beam from over his head submits to the firepower's strength and collapses ontop of him. His leg is caught in the process, and he is held in place. The seconds pass, and it seems like ages before it actually stops. The barrage of fire begans to decrease in intensity, and eventually ceases. Within a few more seconds, the fleet blasts off into the fleeting horizon. Bodies litter the streets, and a previous community is now manifested as a sea of debris, amist a lonely landscape.
He is now alone, stranded on an insignificant planet, perhaps destined to spend his last sorry days in pain; knowing he may be the last one of 5 thousand to survive the destruction...

"Well, it..." Kynes stops, deciding that the Andorian might not react well to the knowledge of an unknown vessel waiting in the mountains. "We'd best get you back to the Endeavour, and look for more survivors."

As Kynes and the rescue team searched for survivors. A shadow blanketed the colony streets. Kynes looked up into the sky... The twin Deianeran suns had been blotted out by a gigantic alien vessel. It was at least twice as big as the Endeavour, and it's violet complexion mixed in well with the tint of the sky. Hovering over the flattened plaza of the Colony, it began to lower down onto the ground. Landing, it's engines cut out, and the door hatch opened in it's underbelly. Ominously, a figure stepped out...

The Commander had just heard the call to come down from engineering
"Commander, sensors are picking up... something near the Away Team. It is similar to the craft we picked up earlier, it may be a sensor malfunction, but you never know, shall I raise shields?" Zepplin said awaiting the Commanders orders.
