Episode V: The Voices of Reason

[zepplin]

"Sir, it appears to be some sort of... beacon operating on the sub-space level, possibly a probe... if I can modulate the sensors to show infrared..." Zepplin presses some buttons on his console.

A Hexagonal probe appears on the main view screen

"Should we try a tractor beam Captain?"

[John Drago]

"Sir, I`m reading some kind of discharge in the probe. Its emploding!" He yelled!

[Commander Vorak]

"No doubt a self destruct triggered by our scans" sighed Vorak " I will attempt to scan what data we have on it."

[Captain Alexander Kynes]

"Vanlen! Evasive manuevers!"

The probe's shockwave rocketed towards the Endeavour.

"Brace for impact!" cried the Captain as the Endeavour was tossed back and forth, and pulled in towards the implosion...

OOC: The person who comes up with an imaginative solution to this problem, gets a Karma exaltion! PS: Karma goes towards promotions now.

[John Drago]

Drago ran over to his console and pushed to ship up, in an attempt to get the ship out of the path of the shockwave. The wave, however, was very strong.

[zepplin]

"I am attempting to adjust Shield Harmonics to match the frequency of the wave, if it works we can 'ride' the wave like we were surfing... initiating shield modualtion." Zepplin press two buttons on his panel. For a moment the shields were down and a hull breah had occured, then everyone was thrown back in the opposite direction as the wave carried the ship out.

"Sir, the shockwave has sub-sided... hull breach on decks 11-13, sections, Charlie, Delta... And Echo, only minor damage, no casualties reported."

[Commander Vorak]

"Very good Lt" said Vorak spining back to his console "I shall work tonight on this and have an answer by morning Captain."

As the night came the ship was at total rest. Thow a small craft had begun to fly up to the ship. Undected.
Vorak sat at his consol working alone on the bridge with only the night watchmen and Ensign Drago at the helm.

[John Drago]

"Well, I don`t believe we've been properly introduced." Drago said to Vorak. "I`m Ensign Drago." He got up and moved to Tactical, looking closely at the system.

[Rudger McVanlen]

OOC: wait if karma has to do with promotions bligh and me need to be set back to 0 becuse our litle war of smites has made us both low lol



IC: I finish preping the shuttle to go ground side and hail the bridge "Commander Vorak, permission to take the group down?" i ask...


OOC: i think jades supposed to come with me to the planit so we can get captured right?

[Commander Vorak]

OOC youll see.

"Indeed" he said bowing then heard teh intruder alert alarm.


Behind Rudger came a masked man, he pointed his weapon and fired and before anyone could arrive they were gone.

[John Drago]

"How did they get our shield frequency?" Drago yelled. Secretly, he knew exactly how it was obtained.

[Rudger McVanlen]

I feel the pain of the blast and then i pass out before i can make a sound...

'what the hell??' Exclaimed Daniel
