"I don’t bloody know! Your man pulled me out of there before I could find out exactly what the creature wanted! It's angry. Very Ang … “ But Bligh was cut off. A strange crackling was emitting from the corridor near the brig. Dorian walked out to investigate but found nothing. As he turned around, he was blasted back into the brig. BOOM! The conduit in the hallway ruptured, sending blots of electricity everywhere. A blot hit the force field, it went down, and in the moment of chaos Bligh grabbed Dorian’s phaser, punched Dorian in the mouth as he tried to stand, and phasered Vorak. Next moment, Bligh was zipping up a environmental suit.

Rudger was just walking in then and saw Dorian and Vorak. "You bastard!" Pulling his phaser he just barely leveled it before Blighs beam lanced over his head, causeing him to roll behind a console, and giveing bligh time to escape..

”Computer, Seal Off This Deck!” Bligh yelled, running to the Jeffery’s tube at the end of the hall. Less than a second before the force field had gone up, a phaser beam hit Bligh in the leg cutting open his environmental suit. “Arghh!” Bligh screamed out with pain, hurrying to rip the suit off. The second Bligh entered engineering, he would be exposed to high levels of radiation from the warp core.
As he entered the room he yelled out. “Computer, Initiate The Program Bligh Alpha Two.” Force fields generated at every entrance, sealing the radiation and Bligh in. “Return My Ship’s Communication System, And I Will Take You Back!” Yelled Bligh, his hands starting to sting. “Negative.” The computerized voice said. “Then we’ll die here together!” Yelled Bligh, pressing buttons on a nearby console rapidly. A force field generated, separating the room into two sections. A cloud of dust and debris formed into the shape of a bi-pedal life form. “Computer, Decompress Main Enginee …” But before he could finish, the door to the room opened, sealing the radiation in and the unwelcome guest out. As Bligh turned around to see who the guest was, the creature dove at him, blasting him to the floor. Bligh lay, not moving. “Are You In Command Of This Vessel?” The creature said, slowly walking towards the officer near the door.

From the shadows emerged Vorak. "I am at this time, and you are?"

“That is irrelevant. You will take me to the nebula, and then abandon your ship.” It sneered. “Like hell.” Bligh mumbled, moved his hand up to his console, pressing one final button. Even as the monster shrieked, all the air, and loss items were sucked out of the room. Bligh hung onto his console for dear life, the forces that were trying to suck him out were amazing. The creature’s physical collection of dust and debris was sucked out, taking him out with it. The core was dumpted along with the creature. When the cycle completed, Bligh fell to the floor, burns lining his body. He barley managed to remain conscious. Next, the force fields sealing the room were deactivated.

“I’m … I’m sorry sir.” Bligh manage to say, his throat beginning to close. “I just wanted to … I wanted to …” But Bligh never did finish. The radiation had rapidly spread, killing every blood cell and every organ in it’s path. Lt. Thomas J. Bligh was dead.

"What happened!?" Dorian yelled running in, his phaser out. "Mr. Bligh?" Asked Trill dropping to his feet. Was Bligh dead? "Oh my god." Said Dorian in a hushed voice.

"He decompressed the area but the corrosion destroyed his suit and the radiation was his downfall" he told him.

Beathan and the medical team came in just in time to see Mr. Bligh die in the radiation. There was no way that anybody could have survived that.

"Aye... Aye sir." Zepplin said before relaying the information to the Doctor who had just rushed in seconds after Zepplin had. "Tom... you saved us 'all' Tom." Zepplin said with a tear rolling down his eye. The assembled guests arrived at the Torpedo Bay, to send off Thomas J. Bligh. Conor Zepplin in his dress uniform stood up to the pedestal.
"Tom Bligh, was a fellow officer I served with; he was also a close friend. In sacrificing himself, he knew that it would be the best chance of saving the lives of his comrades and shipmates. Truly for Tom, duty came first, and as much as I wish my friend was still with us, he's ultimate price, reflects on the courage and bravery that he had when he was alive, and that is how he should be remembered."

Jade stood, her and the Captain had found the ship a few hours earlier and had made it back intime for this. She nodded her head, he was a fine officer.
