Can we post the huge written version of the story that I know myself and Karl hav both read (perhaps others too) that was a really well written plot, and shouldn't go to waste in a small paragraph that doesn't fully catch the entire story.

Well since it's the Season Finale, why not?
Here's the Email I sent Karl on the 11th of August, 2006.
Hey,
This is Conor (Playing Vretarn "Vret" Ch'Zhar)
You might have read about my concern about the plot publicity thing on Episode Request. If you haven't, read it first, than read this message.
I don't know, but this should be something like the Season Finale, but you can decide. If you think it's a cool idea, tell me and I'll add some more onto it.
(NOTE: I got a Fan Compendium of Star Trek Episodes, and I just watched a few of them, and this idea came to me while I was watching the DS9 Tribble Episode. Lol, that was a good episode! This is also a bit influenced by the Isaac Asimov sci-fi universe Foundation, just some loose concepts about that are shown here.)
The USS Pheonix gets caught in a temporal anomaly (or wormhole) and they are sent approximately 900 years in the future, to the year 3221.
They arrive in the Sol/Earth system and find that Earth is absolutely decimated, to such an extent that there is no life whatsoever on the planet, not even an atmosphere. For a few hours they study the surrounding worlds, and find that they have been destroyed by Weapons of Mass Destruction, apparently of Thaleron (or whatever the thing in ST: Nemesis was) types.
Suddenly, a large fleet of primitive but deadly battered warships surrounds the Pheonix. The Pheonix is boarded by Barbarians, and due to the circumstances, the defense stands down, due to certain death, should that road be taken. The Captain (and some of the command staff) goes over to the Flagship of the Barbarian Fleet. Apparently, the Federation had merged with Empires such as the Klingon Empire, and the Cardassians, forming a vast empire, spanning over half of the galaxy. The swollen bureaucracy and corruption in the Empire gave birth to revolts and open rebellion among the planets, eventually leading to a huge war, which in just a matter of 50 years, the entire Empire had fallen, and Barbarian Nomads ruled the stars.
That had been in 3070, at least 150 years before the arrival of Pheonix.
Technology faded away, and space travel became less advanced, to a level lesser than that of the TNG period. Warp Travel became a luxury, and the Barbarians begin ransacking the Pheonix, finding what useful tech they can.
(NOTE: The Barbarians consist of many of the races, such as Humans, Trills, Bajorans, Cardassians, Andorians, Klingons, and even some such as Ocampans, Benzites etc.)
The crew is put in holding cells, and interrogated, about their 'advanced' technology.
Eventually, a 3-4 unknown vessels, but very alien looking come and attack the Barbarian fleet. Due to the fact that the Barbarians don't have shields, the Pheonix crew are transported off ship onto the Unknown vessels. Onboard the Alien vessels, the Phoenix crew is met by civilzed peoples of all races (mostly humans vulcans, bajorans etc)
The Advanced Fleet escapes, towing the Pheonix along with them, at suprising trans warp speeds.
They call themselves the Sanctuary Coalition, and their mission is to bring prosperity and technology back to the galaxy. They were the ones who were able to keep the advanced technology of 3050, and researched more. They saw themselves as the saviours, the diamond in the rough.
The crew tells the Sanctuary Coalition leaders about their situation, and the SC decides to help the crew. They speak of a planet in the Gamma Quadrant, formerly owned by the new Federation, but laid in ruins. There had been sucessful temporal large scale projects done there, powerful enough to form temporal wormholes to whatever time desired. The SC believed the Facility to be still operational, so they set off.
If you like the idea, tell me, and ill add some more to it, and a conclusion.
-Conor
Sooo what do you guys think? Does it have potential as a good mission? And be aware that's just a guidance, it can always be changed for the greater good.

Thats great! I believe that our ship should be heavily damaged when we are transported into the future thow. Otherwise we would just beat the Savengers with a few shots.

he he he, if we can keep the tractor beams, then we can colide savenger ships (they have ships right?) into one another, fun fun fun... accept for litchfield; eg.
IC: Litchfield was at his station, working his hardest, as none of the weapons were working, he was corresponding with Clark to get them back online.
I mean that would be all he would do, yet again, he is having difficulty posting as of late, so it may be for the best.

Gives him work, eh? I haven't heard it put that way before. Must have been a term from the depression. Anyways, I agree that the ship should be damaged in the transport. Sounds good.
