Holding his glass up high Rudger looks around the room and says "Let the party begin!" Witch that everyone starts laughing, its a great day when a good officer gets a promotion after all!

OOC: It's not just you being promoted. Evening things out, we are promoting McAinmire, Zepplin and Jade. We need two Lt. Commanders.
Kynes raised his glass in the toast, then retired to a small table at the back of the room.

OOC: Zantorian? He only made like 10 posts, and then quit. But if promotions were regardless of contribution, consistency, post count, and dedication, then I'd have him as an Admiral by now.
