I'm really sorry to but in, that is a fantastic schematic, I think you've done a good job... its just... I dont understand why you say this

Ok, yeahm you're right, at this time it is in service, but... you only say untill 2346... what about when it appeared in TNG? or are you 'specifically' refering to this ship, not the Excelsior Class?

It means that when they dis that Schmatic it was 2346 and the "Class remains in service that means that At and after 2346 there are still Excelsior Class ships
