Kynes cursed from under his breath.
"Computer, pause channel... Vorak, it is as if you think that violence is the only way to solve this. They've been down there for a long time! They haven't seen anyone for years. I think it would be expected of them to be cautious towards us. I don't want a misunderstanding to warrant the deaths and hostility between our two groups."

"Of course Captain. But did they not make the first aggresive moves?" he asked.

OOC: i can't post what i need for the story to go on, so someone say this "Captain! I'm detecting a breach in our computer systems, someones just used our long range com system to send a message!" please!!! trust me what happens next will be cool...

"I'm detecting a breach in Computer security! Someone's trying to send a long-distance communication message!"

"Haha, your conquest of this world ends now! We have used your comunication systems to send a message to our empire, and through your system we recieved a message back, 3 of our patrol ships are nearby and raceing here as we speak... There is nothing but conquest and war, and those who do not belive this can not be aloud to taint the universe with their ideals of Peace" The leader of the Drengin spits...

"I am picking up three vessels entering the sector" he reported.

"Raise shields! Lieutenant McVanlen, take evasive manuever pattern Beta 6. Bligh, it's up to you. Lay out a volley of high yield torpedoes, and use phasers to target their weapons and engines systems."

As Mcvanlen: "Aye aye sir!" I dived into the evaseives, but the small ships deftly match us, so i decide to go with the flow, and use a few patterns, compleatly evadeing their first salvo...


As captain of the lead drengin ship over com line: "For the empire! You will burn and die vile invaders! none dare face the empire!" his face vanishes as his ship deftly keep to us and fire hails of disrupter fire and torpedos, few actual hiting. but a wave of boarding craft some phase through the shields and latch onto the hull at 12 differint places. One is the ready romm right off the bridge, the wall begins glowing and spraking as they burn through...

"Sir, based on my calculations, the boarding craft will burn through in just under 3 minutes!" she cried.

"Get Security teams up here!" said Kynes, preparing for a skirmish between the defenders and invaders.
"Dispatch the Fighter Wing to destroy the boarding craft!"
