Suddenly a loud THUMP CLANK, CRUNCH! was heard just above the bridge, when suddenly a section of the bridges ceiling blows in just infront of rudger and the nav officer. Droping down 6 drengin swarm the bridge, while 6 more began to come down on ropes. Jade and Rudgers phasers are the first pulled and fired, burning two of the Drengin down. But the other four fire a hail of unaimed volleyed shots at the bridge crew. The nav and helm consoles explode and the Nav officer takes 5 to the chest. Rudger is sent crashing to the ground and lies motionless, while two more bridge crew go down in the hails of disrupter bolts. Jade and Voraks phasers open up along with Conors and cut 4 more drengin down just as the captain bails behind his chair. 6 more drengin deploy and take half the bridge while the other half is still in the hands of around 12 crew and officers. Koshes shields absorbe disrupter fire as he hovers over to protected the captain...
OOC: rudgers ok with being knocked out. and that was just to move the story along=P

Zepplin was still near his console, as the opposite side of the bridge had been taken. He pressed a few buttons on the console and a forcefield activated sealing half of the bridge off. "Releasing escape pods!" Zepplin says over all the mayhem The escape pods release and Zepplin, still clinging on to the tilted bridge console, almost falling in the direction of the forcefield, de-activates the forcefields automatically made by ach escape pod, blowing the Drengin out of the bridge.
"Re...stablis...ing..." Zepplin presseda few more buttons and the bridge quickly swung up right. "All stop sir, depoarizing hull, and raising shields." Zepplin siad out of breath.
The hull de-polarized once more throwing the boarding ships of the hull. When some tried to come back to the hull the shields went up and the ships were vaporised.
"Sir, Drengin attack ships closing on our position, we must fight back Captain." Zepplin says checking all key systems as fast as he can.

Unfortunetly Conor had forgoten that the Drengin had already deployed all of their boarding partys and that Drengin boarding craft can phase through shields unhindered, they simply go right through the shields and latch back onto the hull to await their crews return...

"Damn it! No use sir! They somehow went straight through our shields!" Zepplin turns to the smuck looking Tau. "You know a little help, would-be nice!" Zepplin said. The Tau simply stayed exactly the same without saying a word. "We must destroy the crafts... it looks like we have some of them threw our outter hull sir... request permission to use outter hull attack turrets on the craft." Zepplin said standing from his station.

Kosh thinks for a moment and turns "I can stop the drengin from phaseing through your shields for the moment... but i cannot make your shields immune to them without brakeing your prime drective." Hovering over to Conors console and linking with it wirelessly he quickly taps the shield controlls and changes a few things. "Your shields are now immune to all drengin weapons for 15 minutes. In addition i have seeled off the drengin teams with force fields and emited a trion wave burst to daze them... the ship is yours once more." He finishes and hovers over to Rudger "This ones still alive and could use aid" he adds...

Vorak was still surprised that when the section of teh bridge was taken they were not all decompressed into space, indeed they ahd some aces up their sleeves. "Get out there and do it Zepplin. Jade and Lichfields get the forward three emergeny phaser turrets online and get out there to."

"Thank you sir." Zepplin taps a button on the wall near the turboshaft "=^=Doc we need medics up here, McVanlen's wounded=^= I'll shoot dont those crude lil..." He was cut off as the turboshaft doors closed. Zepplin arrived at a Turret cannon and began initializing systems. The Phaser turret activated.
"Phase through this!" Zepplin opened fire with the pulsing phaser cannons, that emitted long streams of phaser blasts onto the outter hulls of the attack vessels. Within the first few seconds he managed to blast one of the outter hull, he turned to turret to the next craft.

Jade was on the other side, head piece strapped over her with a headset and mic hanging infront of her mouth. "Some seem to be heading toward the aft section, perhaps to distrup the nacells" she said over the comm. She spun her phaser and fired knocking one off into space "Gotcha!"

"Not these bastards again," muttered Kynes. Although he had tried to maintain a civilized attitute towards their mission, it was hard when every other race turned out to be hostile.
Receiving a phaser from Jade, Kynes led a team out into the Turbolift. He wasn't going to have people die while he waited quietly in his damned command chair. The last glimpse he caught of Kosh Naranek before the turbolift doors, the Tau appeared to be taking mental notes of his surroundings, oblivious to the danger around him.
Waiting tensely with his team, Alexander gripped tightly upon his phaser. The soft hum of the lift's descent his only comfort, he visualized the battle ahead, in all of it's bloody glory.
As the lift came to a halt, Kynes' team settled into position. Two kneeling in the front. Three (including Kynes) in the back. The doors opened, and they unleashed a full spread of phaser fire into the hall. The stray fire hit a slender Drengin scout. It's entrails blanketed the back wall, and it's empty corpse fell to the floor. "Let's move!" instructed Kynes in a calm manner. Giving appropriate silent instructions, the team split up into two task groups. They had to reclaim the Engineering deck, before the Drengin marines wrecked the Endeavour's functions.
"Kynes to Bridge," said the Captain. "Divert all control measures to the bridge. In the event of the Bridge's capture, restrict all commands except to senior staff. We are approaching Engineering. Kynes out."
Flipping his communicator back into it's dormant status, Kynes took a sharp left turn. Leaning into the next corridor, he pulled off three shots at the approaching Drengin Unit. Two of the 5 marines dropped dead. The next three began to charge. Reaching Kynes, Alexander gave the closest a roundhouse kick to the side, then grabbed it by the throat and pushed the butt of the phaser into it's helmet. Pulling the trigger, Kynes was nearly thrown back by the shockwave of gore. The other two backed off in fear, but were subsequently picked off by the rifle fire of several Endeavour marines, including the new Marine commander.
"We need to take Engineering," said Kynes, panting, the guilt of his atrocities hidden for later regret. "What's the status of the rest of the ship? The Drengin disabled Comm with the Bridge." "They've swarmed many of the lower decks. They're putting up quite a fight in the hangar, preventing our fighters from being launched. We've got a good bit of work ahead of us, sir." said the Marine Commander, optimistically. Kynes nodded emotionlessly, and led the trek to the entrance to Engineering.
Giving a silent countdown, Kynes overrided the security lock and opened the door. The Marines covered him as he took shelter behind a console. In the opening seconds of the conflict, one Marine was killed in the entry. Another was wounded in the following firefight. It was a 1:4 battle ratio.
"Squads 13 and 14, attack!" shouted Kynes, loudly enough for the Drengin to hear. In the hopes that the thought of Federation dominant quantity would instigate fear in the space marines, Kynes and the remainder of the force charged deeper.
Making sure that they would not be flanked, the rest of Kynes' teams fronted all directions, blazing fire everywhere. In a bath of screams and blood, Alexander's new phaser rifle burnt out. To continue his rage, he rushed at a drengin, dodging it's inaccurate series of fire. Smashing it's brittle body against the wall, Kynes broke it's two arms, and left it huddled in the corner, squirming for survival. Kynes waited a few seconds, to savour his enemy's pain, then broke the alien's head with his rifle butt.
It took a few seconds for Kynes to retake his breath. Looking around, there were no more Drengin in sight. It appears they had sucessfully breached the Drengin claim on the Endeavour's heart. What would later mystify Kynes was that during this process, Kynes did not think at all of his ethical laws that directed many of his decisions.
This day, Alexander Kynes had been led by rage.

"We took back Engineering. 1 dead. 1 wounded. Request Medical Assistance and some backup, to reinforce the position!" From the background of Engineering's soundscape, Kynes could hear the approaching battle cries of approaching Drengin hordes.
