Episode X: New Friends, Old Enemies

OOC to conor: lol... you did the same thing. and im great at helm and fighting. your the one with too many things your character claims to be great at. Piloting, fighting, operations, and you keep controling a doing things that tactical and science people would do. Such as fireing our topredos, and useing the ships sensors ect.

IC: Rudger quickly enters a few attack vectors and escape vectors just in case...

OOC: Yes, but I don't rave about it, I say I was a pilot as well, or that my specialty is operations, and you can't talk about fighting 'perfect six-pack', using sensors? thats my job, thats like telling you not to steer the ship, we all know whos going over board here

IC: "We may die for our cause now, but we will not be defeated, destroy us now Captain!" The Klingon almost demands to Kynes.

OOC:Actually your in charge of ship systems and until we get a com officer, the com. I'm the sensors.

Vorak had not payed much attention to the battle, he was sure they would win. He was also sure that even the shield would not be as foolish as to take a single bird of prey in against two heavy cruisers.
"Captain, I am picking up other distortions, smaller than the bird of prey, much smaller. Many of them. They appear to be tracked to our ship."

"Sir, im going to have to try and plot a very evasive course or what we could do is go straight at the Klingon ship then pull up just clear so the mines hit their ship instead of ours"he looked at the Captain.

[Rudger McVanlen]

"With all due respect Lt. Thats my job." Says Rudger. He begins working at it quickly. "Sir, i have the rout ready, i can Evade 77% of the mines if i move within the next 10 secends" He says.

[James Horner]

Horner sat at the back of the bridge holding on for dear life as he saw the mines come closer to them.

"I can solve that last part sir. The moment they try and lock on, I'll remodulate the shields, sending the remaining mines to the Klingons." Zepplin reported, preparing to initiate the plan.

Daniel Braced himself along with the rest of the Crew as the Mines came closer
"Sir, theres a small energy drop" Reported an Ensign

As the Endeavour came clser the the Wessnig, the Endeavours shields were lowered, and just as the mines were about to lock on, they came online again, repelling them upward and out from the Endeavour into the Klingons.

[Commander Vorak]

"They are disabled" he reported.

[Lt Matina Jade]

"Do you want me to hold them in the brig sir?" she asked.

[Captain Alexander Kynes]

As many as you can, Lieutenant," said Kynes.
"If you need to convert some of the spare quarters into detainment cells, you may do so..."

[zepplin]

"I don't think that will be nessecary sir, I am only reading 18 life signs aboard, we're being hailed by the nej'rav sir." Zepplin pointed out to the Captain.

'They must be short on recruits,' thought Kynes.
"On screen," said Kynes.

[zepplin]

The screen lit up and the face of Captain Glean returned again.
"Who were those traitorious Klingons Captain? Were they part of that rebelion, the, 'Shield of Kahless'?" He remarked, waiting for Kynes to answer.
