20th Century Party

[Captain Alexander Kynes]

The Morale comittee had thought it a good idea to stage a party, in the style of various 20th century fashions. As the captain, it was Kynes' duty to attend it, although he was exactly one for 'partying.' Entering the party, he was clad in early 20th century dress apparel.

[Lt Matina Jade]

She walked in attired in jeans and a T shirt. Looking around. "fun huh?" she smirked.

[Captain Alexander Kynes]

"...Very," remarked Kynes, almost sarcastically. He ordered a drink from the bar, and sat at a table.

[Lisa Rogers]

a 20th centry party? Lisa thought to herself as she turned to coner to reach the mess hall dressed in the most scurffiest clothes she could find in the quaters.

As she entered the mess hall, Lisa found the party was no all that she expected, it was rather quite at the moment.

She walked up to the bar and ordered and Earl grey tea before turning to see the captian and Lt. Jade sat at the tables, Lisa nodded to the two and took up a seat by a window....

[zepplin]

Zepplin came in dressing in a suit from the late 1980s, including a pair of over-rolls, a vest, a jacket, and he had a cigar in his mouth, lit up and everything. He checked his pocket watch, which he'd modified to read the same time as the endeavours clock, an he closed in and placed it back in his pocket, he walked over to the bar and ordered a scotch.

"Scotch, neat." he said firmly, looking for other he knew.

[Lisa Rogers]

Lisa looked around to see a suited man walk in. It wasn't until it was a second look that she knew it was zepplin....

" hey Zepplin, nice suit" lisa put down her tea and rose from her seat.

[Jason M. Frayers]

Jason heard about the party and the theme. He smiled as he went into his closet and found a pair of levis jeans and a gray silk button down shirt. When he finished getting ready he made his way to the mess hall and walked in. Looking around he saw how busy it was and walked over to the bar.

"Brandy" said Jason

The bartender delivered his drink and Jason sipped it as he looked around for an available table.

[zepplin]

"Thank you miss. Rogers, you clean up pretty well yourself." he remarks, admiring her uniform.

After the falling out he had had with Daisy in the arberidum* he was interested in finding a new partner, but he wouldn't lead on too soon, his own feelings were even hidden from himself.

"So, what are your plans for this evening?" Zepplin asks, as a 1990s song starts to play, not that anyone there could recognise it, but it was Offspring.

[Lt Matina Jade]

Jade nodded in thanks to Kynes and spoke.
"Whos idea was this?"

[Commander Vorak]

Vorak walked in, everyone knew he had been forced to attend. He was wearing a brown checkered jacket and bowler hat. Looking very annoyed.

She turned and for almost the first time in months she burst out laughing.

" none tonight, care to dance mr zepplin" lisa asked as she dragged him onto the dance floor.

[Jason M. Frayers]

Jason couldnt help but chuckle as he looked around the room. Especally when Commander Vorak walked in. He did his best not to laugh. He walked up to the Commander.

"You look as though you would wrather be in 100 other places then here"

[Commander Vorak]

"I would" he replied.

[Juliet Snow]

Juliet came in she didn't know why she was here, a lot of people had dates and well she didn't, she was still getting to know everyone, she was quite and because of that the only one she was bonding to was the commander, she walked in as she saw people being happy, she noticed the commander, captain, everyone was there, which pleased her a great deal, she sat down however, she felt it rude to butt into other peoples conversations.
