"Well done Mr Clark even if you did use unorthodox method" he said and followed. They stormed into the room phasers drawn. Unfortunately the Bounty hunter was nowhere to be seen. Vorak began scanning until his scanned came alive at the far wall. He pulled it of to reveal the explosive. "We need to disarm this and quickly."

*A Few Moments Earlier*
After Ambassador K'aath entered ops, Dawson greeted him with a friendly smile. Kynes was there also, and had urged the Admiral to bring K'aath to Ops to discuss the matter that was at hand. Kynes cut to the point; he alerted the ambassador of the impending danger. "Ambassador, your life is in danger!" he gasped, recapturing his breath.
Kynes had received the distress call from Endeavour's Engineering not 5 minutes ago, and immediately summoned a detachment of Starbase Security to their location after learning of the scene in Engineering. "Ambassador K'aath, we believe a renegade organization known as the Shield of Kah'less intends to make a attempt on your life. I'm quite sure you were informed of the altercation that took place earlier today between Klingon renegades and the Security forces. They sabotaged the USS Endeavour, and now they are holding hostages onboard. We estimate there must be at least 15 operatives. You should stay at a Security Post, for optimal protection," said Kynes. Dawson seemed to be dissecting every word the captain said. "I don't need any protection!" boomed the Klingon. "Ambassador, I insist..." "No, let the Ambassador stay right where he is," said Dawson slyly. "He will be safest here, in Ops." "Should we erect a forcefield around Ops, sir?" inquired a young Security ensign manning a console. "Nonsense, i'm sure the matter has been cleared. Besides, that forcefield energy could be much better used locating the hostiles... or something. If anyone needs me, I'll be in my office." "I seriously protest against this, sir," Kynes raised his voice. "I'm sure you are quite aware of your rank, and elementary Starfleet protocol. It's my call. Move along, Captain KYNES," snapped Dawson, becoming more anxious by the second. Without saying another word, Dawson stormed into his office, and waited, watching Kynes through the window.
It made him nervous...

It was then Jade and her men walked onto opps. "Red alert! we need to evac everyone from this section. Sir I also have orders to place Admiral Dawson under arrest from the Commander." She took out a recording device and plaed it 'And thank admiral Dawson for his help, i couldn't have done this without him.' "I trust you got Vorak message about who that was. Now if you excuse me Captain" she said walked and chiming the Admirals door "Security sir."

Suddenly a slender form transported into ops. It was unlike anything Alexander had seen before. It was clad in a pitch black suit, which proved to be the exact opposite of their skin layer, which was very pale. The bounty hunter activated a blaster built into his suit's wrist, and aimed it at the Ambassador. "Judgement Day has come early," the creature spoke. Right before the shot sucked the life out of K'aath, the Klingon ambassador dove behind a console and fired back. Kynes was suprised at the Klingon's agility. "Stovokor will wait!" bellowed K'aath, hitting the creature with a fatal hit to the head. K'aath rushed out of hiding and continued hand to hand combat, as if the alien wasn't already dead.

I look at the receeding ship and say over the Com "The USS Endeavor NCC-1718 will explode in 2 minites and counting, she was a fine ship, and will be remembered fondly by her crew" I salute the ship... a few moments later a great flash, a shockwave...and it was over.. our ship and home... destroyed. I turned to Clark and said "Sir, i know this must hit you the hardist, as engineers are closer to their ships then anyone else. I hope we get re-assigned to the same ship Sir, i rather like you" I salute him....

Vorak bowed his head for a moment before turning and kneeling before the lifeless alien. "Captain," he said as Kynes came over "I believe I know this mans species. The Hood incountered a figate of them 4 years ago. We did not find out much about them other than the direction of their homeworld, in previously uncharted space. I believe if we are to contiue safe peace talks we must find what connection they have to the Renegade Klingons."
