OOC:a fellow officer of same rank can remind you when your wrong... god am i the only one here who know how the rank system works? guys, anyone can remind anyone else that not following orders is bad, rank regardless, its only a higher ranking can act while a lower ranking can only remind... don't chide the guy who knows protocals to the letter!

When things had calmed down, Bligh sent a message to Conor's station. It Read: Its Ok Lt. Sometimes, When You Have An Idea You Make A Recommendation And People Take It For Orders.

OOC: i never disobeyed, that story was removed drop it. and anyone can tell some to follow orders.
IC: sir thats going against the rule book. Section 7 sub section D. All officers must remind another officer of their duty if it gos against a higher ranking officer. It seamed to me he was doing that, you cant issue an order that gos against the regs Sir, thats treason" i say...

Without the bridge crew notticing the other ship had gotten very close. It was heading straigh for them at maxium impluse. "Captain..." Said Bligh. "Pull Us Off McValen!" He yelled.

"STOP IT!" bellowed Kynes on the bridge.
"We are starfleet officers, not children! I suggest we act like them!"
Kynes looked around at the startled crew around him. He wondered if the ship was using some sort of psychological device on them to turn against each other.
"...Mr. Vanlen, stop the Endeavour right here. Keep all hailing channels open."
"Captain, We're being hailed. Audio only," said the Communications Officer.
"Open a Channel," replied the Captain.
A shrill sound could be heard.
"Greetings, Federation," a voice said in a mechanical voice..
"We are here to offer you... a treaty of salvation and freedom. A union of conquest towards the entire galaxy."
Kynes gulped.
