Episode IX: One More Round

[Commander Vorak]

"I am picking up a human lifesign onboard, however, the vulcan ensign is not to be seen. Obviously on the other vessel, I am not picking up any more signitures in the area. I believe we have lost Mr Sarrar."

[zepplin]

"Excellent tactic Admiral! Unfortunately, the other ship has raised its shields, ours are still inopperable sir, stil attempting to raise them."

At that very moment the second BOP came by into another attack run and fired four medium plasma torpedos

"Torpedoes impact in 16 seconds... shields are 'still' malfunctioning!"

The Torpedoes drew closer

and closer

they were about to hit the Endeavours hull when!

"Shields up!"

They landed on the recharged shields.

"Minimal damage, just in time sir, weapons ready." Zepplin replys, before wiping the sweat off his face with his left sleeve."

[Commander Vorak]

"Correction" he sighed relief "a second bird of prey is gone, a third is attacking! Cloaking devie has improved obviously."

[Rudger McVanlen]

"Dam it! Flood the area in a Ion static burst! That should disable their cloaking, and their sensors are weak against Ion based attacks so it should blind them for a few secends aswell!" The admiral says.

[zepplin]

OOC: Ook, the Admiral is coming up with a way too, many ideas oo k?

IC: "Aye sir."

The Endeavour moved and released a burst of an ionic static dust cloud.

"Sir, it doesn't seem to be having any affect..." The ship is hit again by a series of disruptors.

[Rudger McVanlen]

"Tacticle give them hell. Son, do you remember the evasive move that my helm officer taught you a few years ago?" The Admiral says. Rudger nods and suddenly the ship rolls back and up. Twisting suddenly again in a tight rolling twist to the port side it dives in behind the lead Romulan ship. "Tacticle FIRE!" orders the admiral. Who turns to see the captain glareing at him, "Sorry" He says before walking over to the seats on the side of the bridge.

[zepplin]

The Endeavour's forward launcher came right into view of the BOP (Bird of Prey).
"Fire." Came the order.

Two torpedoes fired out of the Endeavour's hull, and hit the Romulan ship tearing its unprotected hull into shreds of bulk. Some final phaser blasts blackend the hull before it destroyed in a massive nacelle explosion.

[Commander Vorak]

"Hailing them" he reported and turned to the Admiral and Captain.

[Lt Matina Jade]

Jade entered the bridge and stood watching the screen.
"Is the ensign onboard?"
"no" came the reply.
"Dam it! If i was only alittle faster."

[Commander Vorak]

"Perhaps your recent sparring activities slowed your performance" he replied before turning back to his monitor "the vessel had been neutralized, and we have Mr Drago back onboard" he reported.

[Rudger McVanlen]

The Admiral turned to Jade and says "He was a tricky officer, and trust me... he will pay dearly for his treason. I know a few people who can make a granit boulder talk" Grining the Admiral turns back to the screen.

[zepplin]

OOC: Ok, who are we hailing again? I am confused.

IC: "Channel Open."

[Commander Vorak]

OOC: the second romulan we just disabled, ruger you take it since Kynes has disaperred again.

[Rudger McVanlen]

"This is admiral Rudger of the USS Endeavour to the disabled Romulan ship, please respond" Says John...
