IC as Commander Gretol: "It does not matter, we have the power to destroy the other vessel that was here before, if you do not turn back now we will open fire on that vessel and regardless of the fact our lives will be taken from your retaliation, your other vessel will also be destroyed in the process. You have 2 minutes."
The Viewscreen went blank.
IC as Zepplin moments after on the bridge: "Captain, I am detecting multiple weapons charging, it appears to be focusing on one attack, I don't think there bluffing sir, we must act now." Zepplin paused before adding
"We cannot move to intercept the Romulan fire if they do indeed discharge that Heavy Plasma Torpedo I might add sir."

=A=Bridge some of the information on the Disk is Highly classified information on the ships Sheilds and weapons, if this was transmitted they can breach our sheilds and make our weapons useless=A=

The Admiral looked up and sighs "Fire everything we have and finish off the Romulan ship, then try and use our tractor beams to throw their torpedos at the other ship." He orders.
Meanwhile Rudger dives the ship to help protect the phoenix and at the same time bare most of the ships weapons...

IC as Zep: Zepplin first turned to the Captain.
"Their Warp drive appears to be inoperable, they aren't making it home, atleast not on that ship, and Admiral, I doubt that tractor beams will have any affect, but I am standing by to activate them once the Romulans fire."
IC as Rom Cmdr: "Prepare to fire all weapons on the weakend vessel, then set a ramming course for the Excelsior... We won't be the only ship to burn in space this day 'Captain'."
The Romulan ship, still in its stationary position, engaged there impulse engines, seemingly toward the weaker vessel, then fired a volley of five plasma torpedoes, all heavy in size.

"Dispatch all fighters to distract the Romulans while we beam the Phoenix survivors over. Have the fighters emit high energy signatures, to shadow the fact we have our shields down."

"Aye sir." Zepplin presses a few buttons
"=COMM=Hanger bay. Launch all fighters, and activate all systems on each fighter."
The Fighters were launched and headed in a giant attack formation to the Romulan ship.
"Nearing transporter range Captain. I am emitting a dampening field to subdue the fact we have our shields down as well. The fighters are maintain there formation between us and the Romulans too sir." Zepplin informed the Captain.

"They are ready to transport, transporter reports energizing." The crew beam over in groups of 18 at a time, six via each transporter padd.
"54...72...90 and climbing sir, he crew of 180 will be here soon."
The last of the Phoenix crew was standing by to beam out.
IC as Harry: "Sir thats it, were the last group!" The bridge stood by when the Plasma torpedo hit.

IC as Harry: "We were so... close..." Harry reaches up to the comm console, and hits the button with his last ounce of energy. "=COMM=Endeavour... kick their... ass..." Harry falls to the ground, void of life.
The Phoenix explodes in an array of colour and light, leaving only the Endeavour and the Romulan BOP remaining.
IC as Romulan: "FULL Impluse to the Endeavour!"
IC as Zepplin: "Captain, the Phoenix has been heavily damaged, we managed to stop the full force, but it is a hulk sir." Zepplin looks at his console and presses buttons frantically to confirm, then looks up at the Captain with a shocked face.
"The Romulans are setting a course... behind us!"
The Romulan BOP hits the shield of the Endeavour.
