Kynes was out for a walk as the twin moons of Olen Prime shone down on the streets. Although all seemed quiet on this most serene of nights, he could feel something amiss amongst the silent pedestrians that weaved through the narrow streets of the Outer Citadel, the bordering district of the Nexus and the rest of the city. The peoples seemed to avoid him, as if there was disdain for his presence on the homeworld. However, compared to the peoples of the Federation, these Olen had not had much contact with other species, and they were right to be xenophobic, especially after their conflict with the Norians.
Kynes stepped into a small shop, to purchase a meal before heading back to the Nexus to retire for the night. The shopowner was sort of frozen as Kynes walked in... Kynes could see why the Olen Directorate had prohibited him from free roam along the city. The Outer Citadel was the farthest he could venture into the mainstream city, as the Citadel District was generally tailored to the needs and interests of foreigners and the higher-class citizens of the city.
After ordering and receiving his food, Kynes quickly ate, in order to spare the shopkeeper some of the anxiety he was expressing. As he headed out of the shop, he continued walking along the street. As the shop drifted out of view, Kynes noticed several figures walking towards him from ahead and behind. As they approached, they unsheathed their hidden weapons, Ghanar-Tans. Similar to the human rapier, Kynes had overheard numerous conversations about it's apparent 'deadliness.' Although it appeared primitive, Kynes did not want to test their sword's efficiency.
"You're coming with us, outsider," said one of them, probably the leader of their group. Kynes shook his head. Reaching for his phaser, he remembered he had not been able to bring it into the financial district. He settled himself into a defensive stance as the first one came at him.
Sweeping a kick under the first attacker, he fell. Kynes took his Ghanar-Tan and set it on stun. Running through, slashing everywhere, Kynes managed to get all of his enemies on one side of him. There were 4 of them, including the one he had downed. Approaching, Kynes readied for a fight...

Noticing the crew still stunned, including Ms. Rogers who was just starring blankly at Vorak, Zepplin took the now empty Helm chair.
"Aye.. sir." a bit surprised by eveyones reactions "Ensign, take the Helm please." he said as he leaned over to the Navigational console and entered the correct co-ordinates. "Course set sir, moving into closer orbit." he got out of the seat allowing the ensign to sit down in it. "Sir? What do you intend to do here? We aren't seriously going to 'fire', upon the planet are we? I mean, Rudger mentioned that before, but you aren't seriously going too." Vorak cut him off abruptly.

Vorak look down at him. "No we are not, hail them Mr Zepplin." Zepplin did as asked and the manager appeared on screen. "I have just got off the channel from you starfleet, why are you still here. You have been commanded to leave." "Manager I suggest you evacuate your station at once. This will be your final warning." He looked on stunned "This is criminal!" "No manager, its justice. You have 30 minuets before we destroy you mining station." He looked back at his stunned crew. "Mr Zepplin, monitor their life signs. As soon as they all clear inform me."
